Description
For your consideration, an iconic Hang-It-All coat rack, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1953. It was initially created for the Tigrett Enterprise’s Playhouse Division and has since become a staple of mid-century modern design.
Features a white powder-coated steel wire frame adorned with 14 solid wood spheres in various bright colors.
Designed to encourage children to “hang it all” (coats, hats, bags), though its playful aesthetic makes it popular for all ages in entryways, bedrooms, or offices.
This is a production circa late 1990s. It has an sticker “EAMES” no other labels from the maker.
