They were manufactured in the United States designed by Ben Seibe for Jenfred Ware (often distributed by Raymor). Made from hefty brass-plated metal or solid brass, they are highly sought-after collectible decor items that blend function with sculptural art. Heavy brass with a characteristic grooved, ribbed pattern, clam shell shape. USA circa the 1960s.
