For your consideration, a Chinese lacquered wooden chest coffee table with animated palace scene. Coffee table Chinese chest in lacquered wood opening by a flap using a brass latch. Gold and red decoration on a black background depicting a palace scene animated by 44 characters. Two brass handles on the sides and removable base Signature stamp on the side. The inside of the lid Inscription in Asian signs. Chinese work carried out in the 19th century. Beautiful original lacquer, shiny and deep (some micro scratches). No base included.
