For your consideration, a pair of Jamaica Bar Stool, an iconic piece of contemporary Spanish furniture designed by Pepe Cortés in 1991.
Created by Barcelona-based interior designer Pepe Cortés. Originally intended for use in a commercial nightclub environment, it quickly transitioned into high-end residential spaces.
Originally produced by Spanish manufacturer Amat-3 (often distributed in North America by Knoll). Production was later picked up and continues under the brand BD Barcelona.
It stands out due to its tractor-style, ergonomically sculpted saddle seat made of cast aluminum. The seat features a smooth 360-degree swivel mechanism.Base Structure: Supported by a slender, durable five-legged base made from chrome-plated tubular steel, stabilized by a circular metal footrest ring. Paper label is faded and retains stamp embossed under the seat.
