1950s Osvaldo Borsani Italian Modern Bed Built-In Light and Side Table Milan

Description

Dreamy Mid-Century Modern Bed made in Italy. Acquired from an apartment in Milan where the design of said apartment was done by Osvaldo Borsani.(however, there is no documentation available).
The headboard splits into two sections and it is hung onto the wall. There are three on/off buttons on each side, one of which turns on the light on each side of the bed. The other two are ready to be set up depending on your needs.
The wood appears to be Sapele and Mahogany. Each side has a built in side table with original glass with custom mirror finish. Bed features Bronze accents.
Bed requires a custom mattress: mattress area is 77 1/8" L x 68 1/4" W (each section is 33 7/8" W)
Headboard is 35 1/2" tall x 132" (fully length) Each panel is 63" W
The side tables are 18 5/8" H x 23 3/4" W x 14 1/8" D
The footboard panels are 16 7/8" H x 34 1/8" W
(The only markings present are the ones on the springs and spring box frame).
