Manufactured by the Chase Brass & Copper Company, an iconic American manufacturer famous for its high-quality Art Deco household chrome items produced in the 1930s and 1940s.
Polished chrome-plated steel with a small, grooved orange Bakelite plastic wheel embedded at the rear of the curved handle.
The small orange wheel functions as a rolling pastry cutter or crust slicer, allowing the user to neatly cut a slice of pie or cake before flipping the utensil around to lift and serve it with the triangular wedge blade
