Vintage Mid-Century Modern Wooden Ice Bucket Bruce Marton DDC
$330.00
Description
For your consideration, vintage mid-century modern wooden ice bucket designed by Bruce Marton for the Design Dynamics Corporation (DDC).
It features a square, clean-lined outer box made of oak or walnut wood with integrated rectangular cut-out handles on the sides and top.
The lid lifts off to reveal a white plastic or ceramic insulated liner meant for holding ice.
While it strongly mimics the minimalist, brutalist aesthetic of iconic mid-century furniture—such as Le Corbusier’s famous LC14 box stools designed for Chandigarh—this specific version was scaled down and engineered to serve as high-end barware
Dimensions: 7.13″ H x 9.13″ W x 9.13″ D
